In short

There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site. We do not run visitor counters or advertising pixels, we do not embed third-party network tags, we do not build a profile for targeted advertising, and we do not share your browsing data with third parties.

Everything we use is needed either to sign you in or to remember a choice you made.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser and reads back on your next visit. That is how the site knows you are already signed in and does not ask you the same thing twice.

Browsers offer similar storage alongside cookies — localStorage, for example. It serves the same purpose, so it is listed below as well, and we apply the same rules to it.

What we use

Signing in

• razu_session — confirms that you are signed in. Set after sign-in, lasts 30 days, not readable by page scripts. Signing in is impossible without it.
• razu_auth — a "signed in" marker for the site's pages: the support widget uses it to know that it may answer about your subscription and to stop offering you to sign in again. It contains no name, email or identifier — only the fact itself. It lasts as long as razu_session and is deleted together with it on sign-out.
• razu_oauth — intermediate data for signing in with Google or Apple. Lasts 10 minutes and is deleted as soon as you return to the site.
• razu_staff — a staff session in the admin panel. Ordinary visitors never have it.

Your choices

• razu_last — remembers up to three sign-in methods you last used (“with Google”, for example), so the form can highlight the familiar one. It contains no email address and no other personal data. Lasts one year and is readable by page scripts.
• geo_stay — remembers that you chose to stay on this version of the site, so we stop offering to switch. Lasts 30 days.
• cc, ib, geo (localStorage) — remember that you dismissed the cookie notice, the app banner and the region prompt. Kept until you clear your browser.

Third-party cookies

There are none. The social icons are ordinary links with images served from our own server, not embedded widgets: until you follow a link, those sites learn nothing about your visit. No third-party video players, maps or chat widgets are embedded in our pages.

How to refuse

Any browser lets you block cookies or delete stored ones in its privacy settings. Refusing costs you nothing, but:

• without razu_session you will not be able to sign in;
• without razu_auth the site will not notice that you are already signed in, and support will stay in its general mode;
• without geo_stay we will again offer to switch you to your region's version of the site;
• without razu_last the sign-in form will not remind you which method you used last time.

We do not restrict access to the site for anyone who refuses cookies.

If this changes

If new cookies appear — analytics, for instance — we will publish a new version of this document before they start working, not after.
